Shipping and Order Processing
Ace Link Armor, operated by Ace Link Industrial Inc. (“Ace”), ships orders using trusted third-party carriers such as UPS and USPS. We use commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within one (1) business day after your payment has been received in full. Some products are made to order or subject to a manufacturing lead time; if that applies to your order, we will contact you with an estimated timeframe. Delivery dates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery and Risk of Loss
You bear all risk of loss of, or damage to, the products from the time they leave our warehouse or fulfillment center. Delivery is deemed complete, and title to the merchandise passes to you, upon acceptance of the shipment by the carrier. We recommend inspecting your package promptly upon delivery and reporting any visible shipping damage right away so that we can help resolve it.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping applies to most orders. Oversized or heavy items exceeding 50 pounds may be subject to an additional shipping fee, which will be disclosed to you before your order is completed. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, in addition to the listed product price.
Payment
All product prices are listed on the applicable product pages in U.S. dollars and may change from time to time without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout and may be made using major credit cards or PayPal. Prices do not include federal, state, or local sales, use, or excise taxes; all applicable taxes and fees are added at checkout. Ace processes payment before an order is shipped and reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order.
