BULLETPROOF VESTS

Purchased these plates recently . They are ceramic so they are very light compared to steel. I put them in my 5.11 tactical plate carrier and my entire setup weighs 12.5 lbs which is a lot better then standard steel weighing around 18-20lbs. This is one of the best places to get body armor. I am a school educator, specifically, an eighth grade middle school English teacher. I’m a teacher in Texas and in light of Uvalde, I’ve taken my safety to the next level. Ace Link armor gives me the security that I need in the unfortunate event, that an active school shooter walks onto my campus, I can be prepared to defend my life and the lives of the students in my class. The patrol laser cut outer carrier is a very nice carrier with 4 zip pockets and a ton of molle area for your gear along with Velcro areas for your ID patches. Only thing I had to do was alter one side to get my front panel to fit properly, but other then that it’s a very comfortable outer carrier and gave me a ton of space to move my gear off my hips and up on to my outer carrier. Will be buying another one and possibly a different one to hold my rifle plates.

This soft armor is excellent. I was sold after watching test videos of this particular item. I’m confident it will perform if I ever need it. My first impression was quality. It’s well made, with attention to detail, and just has a feeling of quality. The 11×14 fits perfectly into a laptop sleeve on a standard backpack. I received the soft armor within about 5 days of ordering, which I found to be pretty quick delivery. I’m very happy and will be a return customer.

Wore it all day for the first time at a full range day replacing standard IOTV. Most other plate carriers lack quick release feature, important when working around water. (I’m in a bridge and boat unit). Very comfortable, fits 11×14 series plates like a glove. Only initial issue was that the cummerbund and shoulders initially included were too large to fit without a little combat duct tape work. Ace Link corrected this issue and has top notch customer service. Comfy all day for the professional or survivalist. You will not be disappointed.
