BULLETPROOF VESTS

This is one of the best places to get body armor. I am a school educator, specifically, an eighth grade middle school English teacher. I’m a teacher in Texas and in light of Uvalde, I’ve taken my safety to the next level. Ace Link armor gives me the security that I need in the unfortunate event, that an active school shooter walks onto my campus, I can be prepared to defend my life and the lives of the students in my class. I have been using steel rifle plates from another competitor and a better quality plate carrier from a quality competitor. The plate carrier the rifle plate competitor offers is substandard so I always had to mix and match with my previous purchase for myself and my employees at the armed security company I own. After much research and shopping around I chose Ace Link Armor. The plates and side soft armor are very light. The Quadra Release carrier is excellent quality. I have been wearing it 7 nights a week for 2 weeks. The only draw back I have experienced is this: I am a large man. 6'4" and 280 lbs. The carrier I ordered although is a 2XL it is not quite large enough for me and fits a little too tight for my liking. I still have good movement as this vest and carrier are really active shooter ballistic vests, made to put on quickly and take off quickly. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. And would recommend this vest for someone who has a smaller chest and slimmer build. The 2XL sizing is deceiving.

I found acelink via the HRT website and could not be more pleased with the quality of the plates I ordered. They fit my RAC carrier like a glove and and fit me even better. Simply the best. I was so pleased that I went ahead and ordered the cummerbund soft armor after receiving these plates.

These side plates shipped relatively quick. They came packaged in ample protection, no damage. I like the cover that comes on the plate too. They’re a little thick but not as thick as some I’ve seen. They fit my plate bag snuggly and have a contour that hugs me when I wear them. They’re relatively light weight and they offer level IV protection. One side benefit is that Ace link partnered with zip so I could buy now and pay installments, which is nice. With any luck I won’t have to come back to write another review on how they saved my life, but if they did, I would. Overall these were a solid purchase, I’m very pleased.

I originally had my doubts on getting level 4 plates at an affordable price. I did my home work and watched multiple test of the plates on youtube of the plates holding up to the 30-06 AP. I placed my order and received the plates very quickly. I will be ordering again.
