Going from the issued ECH helmet to this one is night and day, especially when utilizing peltors, or other comm equipment. There is a lot of potential in terms of modularity, and personally I have spray painted mine depending on enviornment where it is being used. Level 111+ armor plates
Level 3+ Ceramic Plate 10×12″
Purchased these plates recently . They are ceramic so they are very light compared to steel. I put them in my 5.11 tactical plate carrier and my entire setup weighs 12.5 lbs which is a lot better then standard steel weighing around 18-20lbs. I hope I never have to put them to the test but guntubers have not penetrated these with 5.56. Highly recommended :100::u1F1FA::u1F1F8::u1F1FA::u1F1F8::u1F1FA::u1F1F8:
