I purchased my vest because I hunt and I am concerned about being safe in these troubling times. I feel safer with a quality vest like Ace Link. I took a while but I but what believe is great body armor.

Purchased these plates recently . They are ceramic so they are very light compared to steel. I put them in my 5.11 tactical plate carrier and my entire setup weighs 12.5 lbs which is a lot better then standard steel weighing around 18-20lbs. The product is high quality made and you can tell as soon as you get your hands on it out of the box. Very strong material that is light weight yet durable. The outside protective coating will hold up in any weather and probably most environments for a long period of time. The design sits perfectly in your vest (depending on which plate carrier you have). The plates are great to have if you want to use a weighted vest to train with if you are at the range or using them to run/ hike/ or jog with. Your back and knees will thank you for going with the lighter weight plates at the end of a long day. Highly recommend to anyone interested and is on the fence about these stlyle versuses steel plates. Shipping time was spot on. Really satisfied with my purchase overall. I ve worn alot of vest in my time and these plates are a game changer.
