BULLETPROOF VESTS

This is my second quad release. I got my first one in black, for my job, and because it is so comfortable to wear even with steel plates, I got a second one in desert tan for training and range time. Now I have a complete identical setup (including pants, jacket, beanie and sniper veil) for both my job and for training. I looked a very long time for a plate carrier with these features, and this is the only one on the market.And on top of it, it's the cheapest of the top five I was looking at!!! Great job guys.

It’s always difficult to rate armor on the most important aspect of body armor. Stopping the rounds they say they are rated to stop is not something 99% of armor owners hope to never really test for themselves. So maybe the most important aspect of buying armor is trusting the company that makes this life saving gear. That being said, I wholeheartedly trust Ace Link Armor. After doing some research and speaking with the team over at Ace Link Armor I decided to go with the Level IV ceramic rifle plates. They use the same manufacturing process as industry leaders, using highest grades of Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene layers of backing, enhanced by silicon carbide ceramic on the strike face offering true multi-hit, edge to edge protection. All while meeting NIJ standards, weighing in at 6 lbs, and sold at a great price point compared to the competition. The multicurve design is extremely comfortable for extended wear. Simply put, these plates are a high-quality option for professionals or civilians that are serious about their personal protection.

The patrol laser cut outer carrier is a very nice carrier with 4 zip pockets and a ton of molle area for your gear along with Velcro areas for your ID patches. Only thing I had to do was alter one side to get my front panel to fit properly, but other then that it’s a very comfortable outer carrier and gave me a ton of space to move my gear off my hips and up on to my outer carrier. Will be buying another one and possibly a different one to hold my rifle plates.

Purchased these plates recently . They are ceramic so they are very light compared to steel. I put them in my 5.11 tactical plate carrier and my entire setup weighs 12.5 lbs which is a lot better then standard steel weighing around 18-20lbs.
