I have bought a lot of stuff for my job and I can probably say this . Since I got their live wired vest when I put it I feel extremely comfortable and confident in myself. I purchased my vest because I hunt and I am concerned about being safe in these troubling times. I feel safer with a quality vest like Ace Link. I took a while but I but what believe is great body armor.

I bought this vest to wear on duty. The armor is lighter and thinner than what my department issued me, and it has a higher rating. The vest is comfortable and well thought out. Only 2 fixes i would do: move the microphone loop more forward on the shoulder, or add a loop high on the chest on each side and on the armor on the front, add a patch of velcro at the bottom like there is at the top to keep the armor in place better. Definately not a deal breaker and a fantastic piece of equipment, especially for the cost.
