BULLETPROOF VESTS

Purchased these plates recently . They are ceramic so they are very light compared to steel. I put them in my 5.11 tactical plate carrier and my entire setup weighs 12.5 lbs which is a lot better then standard steel weighing around 18-20lbs. i purchased these to run as a backer pad behind a set of 10"x12" level IV ceramic plates in an older Eagle MMAC. along with being thin and very lightweight they fit and fill the front and rear pouch completely while snugging up and centering the ceramic plates perfectly, adding more surface area along with another layer of protection and padding without hardly any additional weight. this is a great retrofit for older issued carriers designed for the soft 'kevlar insert and trauma plate' or upgraded SAPI plate straps(that are most likely too stretched out to fit modern ceramic plates well)

I like this plate carrier a lot it is more comfortable while standing for 89 hours a day. I sometimes forget about the wait and instead of carrying all my gear on my belt, I carry it on the vest I just don’t know what else to say besides great product is the best one I’ve had.

I read some reviews prior to ordering and watched the videos and I was sold. My vest arrived very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality and fit. Once I put it on with my uniform it was not only comfortable but unnoticeable. Very lightweight and the compression shirt the panels go into keeps them nice and secured in place. I recommend this product for many reasons, protection, comfort and cost.
