These side plates shipped relatively quick. They came packaged in ample protection, no damage. I like the cover that comes on the plate too. They’re a little thick but not as thick as some I’ve seen. They fit my plate bag snuggly and have a contour that hugs me when I wear them. They’re relatively light weight and they offer level IV protection. One side benefit is that Ace link partnered with zip so I could buy now and pay installments, which is nice. With any luck I won’t have to come back to write another review on how they saved my life, but if they did, I would. Overall these were a solid purchase, I’m very pleased.

I have dark camo use it with a HHV helmet and acelink dark camo belt ect, I use it primarily for urban training and qualifying. The dark camo may not be practical in the real world but it’s great for training. Love all the mag carriers and pouches acelink makes for the carrier. My pouch setup is fairly simple 2 9mm and 2 ar mags.

Quality stitching and fabric. I got the Quadrelease 2.0 Plate Carrier Level 4 Armor Plates and a Quadrelease 2.0 Carrier. Everything was as expected based on the pictures and description. Holds the plates snug and the carrier is comfortable. Easy to put on and take off.

Ace Link Armor is my #1 choice as it offered everything I was looking for in body armor, the versatility of level ///a, and easily convert to level 4 with plates, also accommodates side plates – and the fit was extraordinary!
