BULLETPROOF VESTS

Purchased a Templar’s Gear Cataphract carrier in Multi-Cam with Ace Link Armor Level-IIIA soft-armor, and I am planning another carrier, along with promoting their Quad-Realease carrier for Individual Officer Purchases. Got the Patrol Vest Carrier and love it! Love the 4 oversized pockets and tons of mole for attachments! Will buy from Acelink Armor for a vest going forward. My standard 10×12 plates fit with no issue.

Very flexible , fit nicely will be adding a heavier plate in front and keep these as a pad almost , but if I ever feel like It I can take one and toss it right in my backpack it’s super light works good for easy protection with my backpack on not super thick either only a half inch maybe less actually but can stop a lot.

This carrier works great for heavier plates. The generous shoulder padding and well designed cummerbund make wearing this carrier for extended periods of time a breeze. Also, I love the quick release attachments, they make getting in and out of this carrier so much much easier than other cummerbund type carriers. This carrier gets an A+ and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid plate carrier.

I bought this vest to wear on duty. The armor is lighter and thinner than what my department issued me, and it has a higher rating. The vest is comfortable and well thought out. Only 2 fixes i would do: move the microphone loop more forward on the shoulder, or add a loop high on the chest on each side and on the armor on the front, add a patch of velcro at the bottom like there is at the top to keep the armor in place better. Definately not a deal breaker and a fantastic piece of equipment, especially for the cost.
