Purchased these plates recently . They are ceramic so they are very light compared to steel. I put them in my 5.11 tactical plate carrier and my entire setup weighs 12.5 lbs which is a lot better then standard steel weighing around 18-20lbs. I purchased my vest because I hunt and I am concerned about being safe in these troubling times. I feel safer with a quality vest like Ace Link. I took a while but I but what believe is great body armor.

This soft armor is excellent. I was sold after watching test videos of this particular item. I’m confident it will perform if I ever need it. My first impression was quality. It’s well made, with attention to detail, and just has a feeling of quality. The 11×14 fits perfectly into a laptop sleeve on a standard backpack. I received the soft armor within about 5 days of ordering, which I found to be pretty quick delivery. I’m very happy and will be a return customer.

Great carrier
Quad 2.0 Plate Carrier with Level 3+ Armor Plates and Side Panels Level 3A
This carrier works great for heavier plates. The generous shoulder padding and well designed cummerbund make wearing this carrier for extended periods of time a breeze. Also, I love the quick release attachments, they make getting in and out of this carrier so much much easier than other cummerbund type carriers. This carrier gets an A+ and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid plate carrier.

Livewire Bulletproof Vest Level IIIA Anti-Stab
I was hesitant at first about buying from a company I haven’t really heard of. Once I ordered my vest, I needed it delivered a lot sooner then the regular shipping the offered for free, got ahold of them over the phone and they were able to get it to me for no extra charge and had it in just enough time for my first shift.
