These plate carriers are awesome. Sizes are exactly as described. The same features of plate carriers 2-3 times the price. I purchased this Live wire carrier vest to use with my safelife defense panels. The only issue is that I don’t like the side opening options safelife had for their vests. When I saw a co-worker wearing this particular vest I knew it was better than the one I had. I decided to purchase this vest carrier and hands down it’s the best carrier I’ve ever owned. If you have safelife defense panels and if you’re interested in upgrading to this vest carrier I recommend buying one size up (my panels are size XL regular so I bought a 2XL carrier and it fit).
