Not only was the customer service Class-A with them going above and beyond to address my initial concerns, but with my second order they included two branded vest swag strips.
If you think you need a small, go with a medium. I'm wearing the armor now with the concealable shirt and it's breathable and comfortable.
The plates were a bit of a pain to install into the shirt but once they're in you're not gonna have to worry about them coming loose.
