BULLETPROOF VESTS

I purchased my vest because I hunt and I am concerned about being safe in these troubling times. I feel safer with a quality vest like Ace Link. I took a while but I but what believe is great body armor.

Shipping was quick with no issues. I was notified through email that my plate carrier was shipped with tracking number. I had a question about the carrier I was purchasing because I fall in the range of Large & close to Extra Large and I was lead in the right direction on which size to get and the fit was perfect. This is a great piece of equipment and well worth the money. I have used it for details that call for a dress uniform (where my standard armor would be bulky) and on admin days. It’s so light and comfortable I have worn it under my standard uniform during shift.

I bought this vest to wear on duty. The armor is lighter and thinner than what my department issued me, and it has a higher rating. The vest is comfortable and well thought out. Only 2 fixes i would do: move the microphone loop more forward on the shoulder, or add a loop high on the chest on each side and on the armor on the front, add a patch of velcro at the bottom like there is at the top to keep the armor in place better. Definately not a deal breaker and a fantastic piece of equipment, especially for the cost.
