Also got this one for my dad's birthday for the back of his plate carrier I got him for Christmas and he also liked it. Not quite what I was expecting though; it had the nylon exterior cover unlike the swimmer plate I ordered. At it was thicker than expected too.

Typically, these helmet come with inferior head padding but not these. The helmet is light enough to be worn all day. And at this price point, why wouldn’t you buy it, as this is the cheapest ballistic helmet available. And that is why I purchased it.

This is one of the best places to get body armor. I am a school educator, specifically, an eighth grade middle school English teacher. I’m a teacher in Texas and in light of Uvalde, I’ve taken my safety to the next level. Ace Link armor gives me the security that I need in the unfortunate event, that an active school shooter walks onto my campus, I can be prepared to defend my life and the lives of the students in my class. Great product and great price however, there is no manufacturer label attached to describe who makes the helmet and what is capable of. So I made my own label with date of purchase. I would recommend this I plan on getting a NVG and possibly some headphones for a two way radio.
