I REALLY LOVE THIS PLATE CARRIER, FOR FORM AND FIT. ALLOWS EASY ACCESS TO DUTY BELT, EASY TO DON AND DOFF. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THE COLLAR IS A LITTLE STIFF AND IT CHAFS UNDER MY CHIN SOMETIMES. NICE POCKETS AND WEBBING FOR ATTACHING MOLLE.

Pros: Professional appearance. Four pockets. Shoulder straps are streamlined and have lapel mic loops. Plenty of molle for attachments.
Cons: Primary con is that it lacks true wrap around side ballistic protection even when correctly sized. About a 3.5 inch gap on each side of vest with no side armor option. This was a deal breaker for me despite loving the other features of the vest.
