The NOBLE Low Profile Comfort Pad serves dual duty on the NOBLE 4.0 plate carrier. Primary function is comfort — closed-cell foam padding behind the plate to reduce pressure points and improve heat dissipation during extended wear.

Secondary function is medical: the pad is sized to carry a Phokus Deployment Trauma Kit medical insert, integrating life-saving gear directly into your carrier without taking up MOLLE real estate. The trauma kit rides where the comfort pad would normally sit — invisible from the outside, immediately accessible if needed.

Available in size S and L for different carrier configurations. Two-size sizing fits all current NOBLE 4.0 plate carrier sizes. Replace a worn pad, add a medical carry option, or build out a fully padded comfort setup one piece at a time.
