Tourniquet FULL FLAP QR

The Tourniquet FULL FLAP QR is the protected-carry version of the standard tourniquet pouch — same one-handed deployment speed, but with a full flap that shields the TQ from dirt, mud, water, and environmental contamination during prolonged field carry.

A CAT or SAM XT tourniquet that's been riding exposed on a plate carrier for months collects grit, vegetation, and moisture in the windlass mechanism. When you finally need it, that contamination can mean the difference between a functional TQ and one that binds at the worst possible moment. The full-flap design eliminates that failure mode.

The quick-release closure means the protection doesn't slow you down. Pull the flap, deploy the TQ — the same training reps you've been running on a standard tourniquet pouch molle still apply. Three colorways: Black, Multicam, Ranger Green.
