If you think you need a small, go with a medium. I'm wearing the armor now with the concealable shirt and it's breathable and comfortable.
The plates were a bit of a pain to install into the shirt but once they're in you're not gonna have to worry about them coming loose.

I read some reviews prior to ordering and watched the videos and I was sold. My vest arrived very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality and fit. Once I put it on with my uniform it was not only comfortable but unnoticeable. Very lightweight and the compression shirt the panels go into keeps them nice and secured in place.
