Level 3 rifle plates stops rifle threats up to 7.62x51mm (M80) and .308 round.

If I were to fall off a boat while wearing these will it cause me to sink?
No, our plates are neutrally buoyant. Barring any additional equipment, these plates will not impede your ability to swim or float should you suffer a boating accident.

What sizes are these plates available in?
Our plates are available in 10×12 or 11×14 with Black or Tan color options.

Will level 3 protection stop armor piercing rounds?
No, Level 3 protection is not rated to stop armor piercing rounds.

Is spalling an issue with your rifle plates?
No, our plates aren’t made of steel, instead they are made of a mix of UHMWPE and woven aramid fibers, there is no threat of spalling.

The product is high quality made and you can tell as soon as you get your hands on it out of the box. Very strong material that is light weight yet durable. The outside protective coating will hold up in any weather and probably most environments for a long period of time. The design sits perfectly in your vest (depending on which plate carrier you have). The plates are great to have if you want to use a weighted vest to train with if you are at the range or using them to run/ hike/ or jog with. Your back and knees will thank you for going with the lighter weight plates at the end of a long day. Highly recommend to anyone interested and is on the fence about these stlyle versuses steel plates. Shipping time was spot on. Really satisfied with my purchase overall. I ve worn alot of vest in my time and these plates are a game changer.

i purchased these to run as a backer pad behind a set of 10"x12" level IV ceramic plates in an older Eagle MMAC. along with being thin and very lightweight they fit and fill the front and rear pouch completely while snugging up and centering the ceramic plates perfectly, adding more surface area along with another layer of protection and padding without hardly any additional weight.
this is a great retrofit for older issued carriers designed for the soft 'kevlar insert and trauma plate' or upgraded SAPI plate straps(that are most likely too stretched out to fit modern ceramic plates well)

Very flexible , fit nicely will be adding a heavier plate in front and keep these as a pad almost , but if I ever feel like It I can take one and toss it right in my backpack it’s super light works good for easy protection with my backpack on not super thick either only a half inch maybe less actually but can stop a lot.
