Ace Link has the best customer service, in my opinion, I’ve ever dealt with. Their product is well made, and so far very durable! Sizes do run a little small, so make sure you get the size bigger!
I had an issue with the size of my vest. It was slightly too small, and Ace Link was quick to respond to my request and even allowed me to keep in my possession the vest that I was wearing for safety reasons, until I received my new vest and carrier arrives. They quick in their turn around time. I also received my new vest in 3 day’s!
I’m impressed!!

Product was originally lost by FedEx during delivery. Staff was extremely helpful in tracking down my missing package going above and beyond their duties. Also, the patrol vest with stab resistance fits exactly as described, and is extremely comfortable compared to other vest that I have owned in the past quality unmatched customer service also unmatched.

Vest is great. However, it took 9 weeks for delivery with no updates from the company. I reached out twice for updates. Delays are understandable but when expectations are a few business days for shipping (per advertisement), there should have been proactive steps to keep the customer updated. Will likely not use Ace Link again due to time factor on shipping.
