Product was originally lost by FedEx during delivery. Staff was extremely helpful in tracking down my missing package going above and beyond their duties. This setup is great and lightweight from all the videos and reviews it seems to hold up well to some serious rounds. The quadrelease carrier is also very comfortable only con is the velcro that holds the plates together could have been larger and better quality. Shoulder pads are very comfy as well.
