These plate carriers are awesome. Sizes are exactly as described. The same features of plate carriers 2-3 times the price. Purchased these plates recently . They are ceramic so they are very light compared to steel. I put them in my 5.11 tactical plate carrier and my entire setup weighs 12.5 lbs which is a lot better then standard steel weighing around 18-20lbs.
