BULLETPROOF VESTS

I bought this vest to wear on duty. The armor is lighter and thinner than what my department issued me, and it has a higher rating. The vest is comfortable and well thought out. Only 2 fixes i would do: move the microphone loop more forward on the shoulder, or add a loop high on the chest on each side and on the armor on the front, add a patch of velcro at the bottom like there is at the top to keep the armor in place better. Definately not a deal breaker and a fantastic piece of equipment, especially for the cost.

Shipping was quick with no issues. I was notified through email that my plate carrier was shipped with tracking number. I had a question about the carrier I was purchasing because I fall in the range of Large & close to Extra Large and I was lead in the right direction on which size to get and the fit was perfect. The patrol laser cut outer carrier is a very nice carrier with 4 zip pockets and a ton of molle area for your gear along with Velcro areas for your ID patches. Only thing I had to do was alter one side to get my front panel to fit properly, but other then that it’s a very comfortable outer carrier and gave me a ton of space to move my gear off my hips and up on to my outer carrier. Will be buying another one and possibly a different one to hold my rifle plates.

I found acelink via the HRT website and could not be more pleased with the quality of the plates I ordered. They fit my RAC carrier like a glove and and fit me even better. Simply the best. I was so pleased that I went ahead and ordered the cummerbund soft armor after receiving these plates.

I originally had my doubts on getting level 4 plates at an affordable price. I did my home work and watched multiple test of the plates on youtube of the plates holding up to the 30-06 AP. I placed my order and received the plates very quickly. I will be ordering again.
