Purchased these plates recently . They are ceramic so they are very light compared to steel. I put them in my 5.11 tactical plate carrier and my entire setup weighs 12.5 lbs which is a lot better then standard steel weighing around 18-20lbs. It is a good-looking product, fits comfortably. would recommended put the ranger green vests back on website due to the demand of the bureau of prison switching uniform colors which now has a green vest.

Excellent construction and true sizing (with adjustable straps to allow for out-of-regs hair). Perfect for my requirements—with cutouts for ear protection, NVG mount, and plenty of rail space for other attachments.

LEVEL IV SA
The lvl4 plates I received have been a great option just starting out and I love the padding that is around the edges does. It have a sharp angle on them. Not a single but of wear has formed on either plate after nearly two years of use.
