I read some reviews prior to ordering and watched the videos and I was sold. My vest arrived very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality and fit. Once I put it on with my uniform it was not only comfortable but unnoticeable. Very lightweight and the compression shirt the panels go into keeps them nice and secured in place. Not only was the customer service Class-A with them going above and beyond to address my initial concerns, but with my second order they included two branded vest swag strips.
If you think you need a small, go with a medium. I'm wearing the armor now with the concealable shirt and it's breathable and comfortable.
The plates were a bit of a pain to install into the shirt but once they're in you're not gonna have to worry about them coming loose.
