So, first of all I can’t believe the deal I got on this plate carrier bundle. The plate carrier, two level VI plates and a bandolier type cummerbund for just about 500 dollars!!?? Never heard of. Especially with this quality. Like, legit 500D cordura and SOLID hook n’ loop. And the plates are absolutely phenomenal, and from what I’ve managed to witness on the Tube, works as it’s supposed to. A legitimate FIJ rating. Just couldn’t be any more stoked on this set up. Now, secondly, it shipped directly to my spot in less than a week!! I’ve been shopping around for the right body armor set for a MIIINUTE, and unless I wanted to somehow come up with an easy double G, I’d still be out of luck and completely vulnerable to the forces that be. So, that said, haaaiill yeah Ace link, thanks for keeping me in the fight.

It’s always difficult to rate armor on the most important aspect of body armor. Stopping the rounds they say they are rated to stop is not something 99% of armor owners hope to never really test for themselves. So maybe the most important aspect of buying armor is trusting the company that makes this life saving gear. That being said, I wholeheartedly trust Ace Link Armor. After doing some research and speaking with the team over at Ace Link Armor I decided to go with the Level IV ceramic rifle plates. They use the same manufacturing process as industry leaders, using highest grades of Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene layers of backing, enhanced by silicon carbide ceramic on the strike face offering true multi-hit, edge to edge protection. All while meeting NIJ standards, weighing in at 6 lbs, and sold at a great price point compared to the competition. The multicurve design is extremely comfortable for extended wear. Simply put, these plates are a high-quality option for professionals or civilians that are serious about their personal protection.

When it comes to protection level I V stand alone. This one stops A Wide range of calibers and armor piercing rounds I am very glad that I had made this choice there are a lot out there that claim that their product is better in my opinion it’s possible but highly unlikely bowl to have a fit and comfort for dragging around a ton of weight keeping yourself small as possible in any confrontation is best and being multi hit now that’s where the decisions being made

The quick disconnect buckles work well and make putting this plate carrier on and off easy. How long they will last with hard use remains to be seen. I like the plate carrier very much and it seems to be made very well. I would recommend it to others.

I read some reviews prior to ordering and watched the videos and I was sold. My vest arrived very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality and fit. Once I put it on with my uniform it was not only comfortable but unnoticeable. Very lightweight and the compression shirt the panels go into keeps them nice and secured in place. I recommend this product for many reasons, protection, comfort and cost.
