Formoza Plate Carrier
I bought the Formoza Plate Carrier and Level 4 bundle. Plates are a bit heavier, just over a pound more per plate, but are an excellent choice for the price. I bought this for my Dad, and he is stoked! More than happy with the carrier. It’s appears to be well made, and is comfortable. I personally bought two ShotStop Duritium level 4 plates that were lighter, but cost nearly $500 a piece. So $750 for the two plates and a plate carrier is a hell of a deal!

Excellent Armor!!
Quadrelease Ultra 2.0 Plate Carrier
I purchased the Quadrelease Ultra bundle with the NIJ level III+ armor plates, and the NIJ level III side panels. The plate carrier is top notch. It is well built, easily adjusted, well vented, and has padding strategically placed making it comfortable for all day wear. The buckles snap together easily, and feel secure. The armor plates are truly light weight (much lighter than AR500 / AR550 steel), and well molded to the contours of the chest and back so that sitting or riding in a vehicle is very comfortable. The side panels are flexible, and provide a snug fit to the plate carrier. Overall, this armor is very comfortable, rugged, and extremely well designed. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Everything you’ll ever need and then some!
LEVEL IV SA
It’s always difficult to rate armor on the most important aspect of body armor. Stopping the rounds they say they are rated to stop is not something 99% of armor owners hope to never really test for themselves. So maybe the most important aspect of buying armor is trusting the company that makes this life saving gear. That being said, I wholeheartedly trust Ace Link Armor.
After doing some research and speaking with the team over at Ace Link Armor I decided to go with the Level IV ceramic rifle plates. They use the same manufacturing process as industry leaders, using highest grades of Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene layers of backing, enhanced by silicon carbide ceramic on the strike face offering true multi-hit, edge to edge protection. All while meeting NIJ standards, weighing in at 6 lbs, and sold at a great price point compared to the competition. The multicurve design is extremely comfortable for extended wear. Simply put, these plates are a high-quality option for professionals or civilians that are serious about their personal protection.

Professional Use, probably single best plate carrier, PERIOD!
Quadrelease Ultra 2.0 Plate Carrier
Wore it all day for the first time at a full range day replacing standard IOTV. Most other plate carriers lack quick release feature, important when working around water. (I’m in a bridge and boat unit). Very comfortable, fits 11×14 series plates like a glove. Only initial issue was that the cummerbund and shoulders initially included were too large to fit without a little combat duct tape work. Ace Link corrected this issue and has top notch customer service. Comfy all day for the professional or survivalist. You will not be disappointed.
